As part of this expansion, we are launching an innovative Virtual CFO service to empower small businesses in Canada and the USA across multiple industries — including construction, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, and wholesale.
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) professional to join our Panama City team and help build and deliver this exciting new product offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Virtual CFO for small business clients in Canada and the U.S., offering strategic financial leadership and insights.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support informed decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, profitability, and cost efficiency across various industries.
- Implement and optimize ERP and accounting systems, including Odoo and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Create financial dashboards and analytics using Power BI.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support clients in tax and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish scalable, virtual financial operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO or senior financial management role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong technical skills with Power BI, Odoo, and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Proven experience supporting clients in construction, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, or wholesale sectors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must be available to work on-site from our Punta Pacifica office in Panama City.
