Sales Specialist – Odoo Integration (USA & Canada)

As we expand into the digital space, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to focus on Odoo ERP integration services. Our mission is to offer seamless accounting and financial management solutions to businesses across the USA and Canada. 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to drive new business by promoting and selling Odoo integration services to businesses in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of Odoo’s capabilities, and experience in the accounting or ERP software industry. You will play a critical role in our growth, helping businesses transform their accounting systems with Odoo ERP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients in the USA and Canada to sell Odoo ERP integration services tailored to accounting and financial management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present Odoo’s value proposition for streamlining accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with the technical and accounting teams to understand client needs and propose effective integration solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target growth opportunities within the accounting sector.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Odoo’s product developments to provide insightful advice to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in ERP software, accounting software, or IT services.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP and experience with accounting processes is a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and sales pipeline.
