Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging sales representative to join our remote team in North America. As a Sales Representative, you will drive new business and expand client relationships for our accounting firm, which operates primarily in the USA and Canada. This position requires fluency in English and Spanish, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams, promoting our services and building lasting relationships with potential clients.


  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, lead generation, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct sales pitches and presentations to educate prospects about our accounting services and solutions, addressing their unique needs and business challenges.
  • Nurture leads and manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and securing new clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to position our services and maintain a competitive edge effectively.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales activities, and generate reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Participate in sales meetings, provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies, and contribute to overall business development goals.


  • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, working collaboratively to understand and address their needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with accounting services and understanding of finance and tax-related topics will be an advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different time zones when communicating and scheduling meetings with clients in different regions.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
